How To Make Baby Corn Fritters In An Air Fryer | Easy Recipe For Air Fryer Corn Fritters
Parboil baby corn slices for a few minutes. Once done, retain the water and keep the slices aside. Combine rice flour with finely chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves. Add spice powders like red chilli powder, chaat masala and others. Add the boiled corn slices along with the water retained earlier. Mix all the ingredients well and set aside to rest.
Later, properly coat the baby corn slices with breadcrumbs, place them in the air fryer basket and brush them with oil. (You can spread some parchment paper or aluminium foil before placing the pieces in the basket). Air-fry the corn slices for around 10-15 minutes as required, until they are crisp and golden brown. Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
